Poster presentation, Papersize: A1 . Prepare your own printings as the conference will only offer the board;
如进行口头发表，演讲15分钟，提问5分钟。
Oral presentation, 15 minutes for speech, 5 minutes for questions.

大会默认的论文集是CD光盘，如果您由于特殊要求，必须需要纸质论文集，请于7月20日之前发信到“icicip@dlut.edu.cn”进行说明，大会将只给您提供纸质论文集，没有CD光盘。
The default proceedings are CD. If you must have printed conference proceedings, please send an e-mail to icicip@dlut.edu.cn by July 20, 2010 to inform us. The ICICIP 2010 will give you a set of printed proceedings only without CD.
注册时已经选择不来参会的作者，我们会在会后将论文集和发票通过邮局寄给您。
If you have chosen not to attend the conference when you registered, the proceedings and receipt would be sent to you by post after the conference.
注册时选择来参会，但是由于特殊原因无法准时参会，开会时材料不能代领。请作者于7月30日之前发信通知我们，我们将在会后免费将论文集和发票寄给您，否则会议材料寄送将收取相关费用。
If you have chosen to attend the conference, but due to special reasons, you could not arrive on time, as the meeting materials could not be received by other people, you have to send us an E-mail to inform us by July 30, 2010. Then we could send you the materials by post for free, otherwise relevant fees would be paid.
所有来参会的作者，必须进行口头或张贴发表，否则将不会发给会议材料。
To get materials, each author attending the conference will have to make presentation, either in Oral or Poster.

为了确保全部作者论文正常收录，保证大会论文质量，大会程序委员会对论文进行了详细地检查。由于ICICIP2010会议采用的是IEEE最新论文模板，与以往模板有较大不同，所以请您务必按照委员会提出的意见和大会提供的论文模板进行细致修改。如果格式存在问题，将会直接影响您论文IEEE会议论文集的收录，更不会被EI检索。
To ensure the acceptance of each paper and guarantee the quality of our conference, ICICIP 2010 program committee gave a detailed inspection to every final paper uploaded. Because ICICIP 2010 adopts the new template of IEEE which has some differences from former template, please revise your paper in strict accordance with the suggestion of our program committee and the format of our template. The format problems will directly affect your paper to be included by IEEE conference proceedings and to be retrieved by EI. |

| About Final Paper Submission |

Recently we have found some authors' confirmation email are inappropriate. This email should be the IEEE PDF eXpress confirmation letter you received, thus we could identify the format of your final paper was checked. Author who uploaded a wrong confirmation email, please make the rectification. |

To register and make payment, sign up and sign in as an attendee. To submit your final paper, sign in as an author.
When sign up or sign in as an attendee, if you have more than one accepted paper("Additional Paper">0), input the other papers' ID in the field "Other Papers". We appreciate your cooperation. |
| About Student Registration |
| To take a student registration requires:
The first author must be a student and it is the student who will attend the conference;
The student must be a full-time student. (Part-time student and student at work are not available) |
| Foreign authors who are to attend the conference would need Invitation Letter for visa. Please Email us with the information including your Fullname, your Organization, your Postal Address and Zip Code, your Country, your Paper ID and your Passport Number. We will send you the Invitation Letter later. |

The International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP 2010), organized by Dalian University of Technology, will be held in the popular summer resort city Dalian in northeastern China during August 12-15, 2010. ICICIP 2010 aims to provide a broad international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators working in the areas of information and control to discuss state-of-the-art science and technologies, and their applications in diverse areas. The conference will feature plenary speeches given by worldwide renowned scholars and some special sessions focused on some popular topics.

| Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in any of the technical areas listed in Topics. All papers should be written in English and prepared in two-column with length of maximum 6 pages. The ICICIP 2010 program committee will select high-quality papers for oral or poster presentation based on reviews. All accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of ICICIP 2010 to be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed in EI Compendex. Detailed format for the final paper preparation can be found at the web sites of the Conference. |
